How it works
Kick Off Meeting
Sometimes it gets messy before its get better, but we start on a kick-off call to introduce you to our processes, software and next steps. Youâll also meet your account manager and we will set the foundation of our first month together.
Onboarding
For the first month of service we will focus on reviewing and updating your Xero setup, including standardising your chart of accounts. Youâll have two calls in the first month to review your bookkeeping setup.
Hand Off
Throughout the next period, we will take over the categorisation and reconciling of your transactions to prepare the first set of monthly management accounts to lay the groundwork for future planning. After your Xero is set up weâll continue to manage your bookkeeping and weâll discuss your specific needs on Quarterly 1:1 calls.
What is a Power Hour?
A Power Hour is an hour with me, via zoom, this is an âask me anythingâ session.
This could include helping you understand your numbers and what they are telling you, going through your Profit and Loss and understanding your margins, GST queries, monthly best practise on your bookkeeping, building reports in Xero, Xero troubleshooting or need to understand Xero better ie reconciling, fixing mistakes.
You will receive a confirmation email from me and some pre-work to fill out before our session. Completing the pre-work helps to maximise your outcomes and value gained from the session.
